#NeverHaveIEver is a multi-site anti-sexual harassment campaign, targeting perpetrator behaviour and male accountability. Our research process utilised: expert interviews, surveys, location analysis and best practices evaluation. This produced three key insights into the culture of sexual harassment: community, re-education and male entitlement, which helped to inform our deliverables.
MY ROLE
As a project manager, my role involved overseeing and guiding a team through the entire process of research, ideation, and design. I ensured that each phase was executed efficiently and effectively. In the research phase, my team conducted extensive market analysis and gathered valuable customer insights. This information was then used as a foundation for the ideation process, where we brainstormed innovative ideas and potential solutions. Throughout the design phase, I closely collaborated with the team to refine concepts, develop prototypes, and finally deliver a well-defined product. By coordinating and motivating the team, I successfully led them to complete the project within the given timeframe and budget, resulting in a successful outcome.

Campaigns like this have the potential to tick the dial forward on public perceptions of harassment and assault.
